Untitled Art is thrilled to share the digital exhibitions curated by our 2024 Guest Curators Jungmin Cho and Kathy Huang, powered by Vortic, the fair's Digital Partner. Aligned with the curatorial theme, 'East Meets West,' the exhibitions spotlight the practices of artists from around the globe, reexamining the notions of East and West with a universal approach. Showcasing highlights from this year's edition, the selected artists will be eligible for the generous Vortic Artist Prize, a suite of awards designed to put artists at the forefront.

Surrounders, curated by Jungmin Cho
This exhibition invites viewers to rediscover the subtle ways we connect with nature, often overlooked in daily life, through artworks that seek to capture this magical relationship. By reexamining sensory connections with the environment, viewers are encouraged to reflect on the essence of our relationship with nature, seeing it symbiotically. This show reminds us of art history’s ongoing fascination with these fleeting exchanges, offering a fresh perspective on what it means to communicate with nature physically and sensually, as reciprocal surrounders.
East Meets West In Focus, curated by Kathy Huang
This curated selection of works for the Vortic Artist Prize represents the most compelling works submitted by the exhibiting galleries. Each work was chosen for its ability to engage in a meaningful dialogue with the others. Together, they not only reflect the broader theme of the fair, but also offer a more nuanced exploration of this concept. The digital exhibition allows the works to be experienced beyond physical boundaries, uniting different perspectives in a shared virtual space. I hope this selection inspires visitors to discover new artists and galleries at Untitled.
