Cross

Miami Beach, FL (October 29, 2025) — In a bold move to reimagine the art fair experience, The Agency Art House, led by real estate visionary Mauricio Umansky and distinguished art advisor Arushi Kapoor, announces a first-of-its-kind partnership with Untitled Art. This collaboration introduces an advisor-led walkthrough program designed to empower and educate a new wave of art collectors at Miami Art Week's celebrated contemporary art fair.

A New Standard for Collector Engagement

Debuting at Untitled Art, Miami Beach 2025, which brings together over 160 international galleries from 29 countries and territories, the partnership highlights the fair’s enduring role as a platform for discovery. Founded in 2012, it is held annually on the sands of Miami Beach and, beginning in 2025, extended its reach to downtown Houston’s George R. Brown Convention Center. Known for its cutting-edge programming and curatorial integrity, the fair features leading galleries and non-profit organizations showcasing both emerging and established artists, offering an excellent entry point for emerging collectors. The 14th edition will take place from December 3 to 7, 2025, with a VIP and Press Preview on December 2nd.

This year, The Agency Art House will host daily walkthroughs with small, curated groups led by senior art advisors. Each session will offer personalized, insider perspective into the fair’s key highlights, providing context, market insights, and acquisition strategies.

Key Program Features:

● Curator-Led Walkthroughs: Intimate tours will be guided by seasoned advisors with global art market expertise. Among those advisors are our Founder Arushi Kapoor, Georgina Pounds, Margot Ross, and Ronel Similien.

● Contextual Insight: Advisors will provide analysis of key artists, galleries, and emerging market trends.

● Advisory Access: Participants will receive real-time support on valuation, provenance, and acquisition strategies.

● New Collector Focus: Guidance can be tailored specifically for first-time and next-gen buyers, who now account for over 30% of new art market entrants worldwide (Art Basel & UBS Report 2024).

A Strategic Cultural Bridge

The collaboration leverages The Agency Art House’s unique fusion of art advisory, luxury lifestyle, and global real estate expertise, with Untitled Art’s boundary-pushing programming and international audience. For participating galleries and artists, this collaboration offers unprecedented access to the next generation of art collectors, supported by cross-platform marketing, VIP integrations, and dynamic programming that extends far beyond the booth. The agency’s focus on educating and welcoming collectors who are new to the art world aligns seamlessly with Untitled Art’s commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment and fair experience.

Insights From Leadership

"Audience development is a key priority for our VIP and Development teams. An art fair is more than just a commercial platform; it’s a vital space for learning and cultural exchange. I’m thrilled to welcome The Agency Art House as our Advisory Partner to help nurture a new generation of art collectors and to highlight the importance of supporting artists and galleries through collecting," said Clara Andrade Pereira, Executive Director of Untitled Art.

“This collaboration is about breaking down barriers. We’re here to make the art world feel less intimidating and more inspiring, especially for new collectors,” says Kapoor. “By guiding them through the fair with real context and honest advice, we’re not just helping them buy art, we’re giving them the confidence to engage with the art world on their own terms.”

“The Agency Art House continues to excite me as a service, because to me, there is such a natural connection between real estate and art,” says Umansky. “Choosing art for your home is so important and can really change the ambiance of a space. This latest collaboration between Untitled Art and the Art House team provides amazing guidance for anyone curious about the art world. With this team’s help, participants can learn, explore, and build a collection that truly reflects their taste and values.”
